Marion Carberry is an education executive, institutional compliance specialist, former school owner, and accrediting agency evaluator with more than two decades of leadership experience in career-focused and proprietary education.
Throughout her career, Marion has held executive and senior leadership positions across virtually every major operational area of a postsecondary institution, including academics, student affairs, career services, compliance, institutional effectiveness, faculty management, Title IV administration, Veterans Affairs (VA) education benefits compliance, SEVIS oversight, accreditation and licensure management, and executive campus leadership.
In addition to leading institutions through accreditation, licensure, and regulatory oversight, Marion has also served as an onsite evaluator for an accrediting agency, providing her with firsthand insight into the evaluation process, institutional expectations, and the common compliance challenges schools face during reviews and site visits. This experience allows her to help institutions prepare from both the institutional and evaluator perspectives.

As both an executive leader and entrepreneur, Marion understands educational institutions from the inside out—not only how they operate, but how they are built, stabilized, evaluated, and sustained.
Today, through ESCOPE Group LLC, Marion works with career-focused institutions, school owners, and leadership teams seeking practical guidance in compliance readiness, accreditation preparation, operational effectiveness, and institutional sustainability. Her services include institutional assessments, student and faculty file reviews, accreditation and licensure preparedness, executive training, and compliance-focused workshops.
Marion's approach combines operational realism with regulatory understanding, helping institutions strengthen systems, reduce risk, and prepare confidently for regulatory, accrediting, and licensing oversight.
Her philosophy is simple: Strong institutions are built through preparation, accountability, and consistent execution—not last-minute correction.
